Under the guidance of friendly, English-speaking staff, you’ll learn how to prepare traditional sushi rice (shari), shape it correctly, and top it with a variety of fresh, plant-based ingredients to create beautiful and delicious Nigiri and Gunkan sushi.
Along the way, you’ll enjoy sushi chef cosplay, get photos in your outfit, and even receive a Sushi Master Certificate to commemorate your achievement.
