Full Description
Step into a cozy Osaka dance studio and learn Bon Odori, a traditional Japanese folk dance typically performed during summer festivals. Your instructor will greet you just a minute away from Tsutenkaku Tower, one of Osaka’s iconic landmarks.
The class starts with a demonstration of the Bon Odori movements. You’ll then practice the basic steps, which are easy to follow and paired with an upbeat samba-like rhythm. The focus is on fun and freedom—no pressure to be perfect, just enjoy the flow of the music.
In the second half of the class, you’re invited to dance more freely, adding your own flair to the beat. Whether you’re a dancer or a first-timer, you’ll find this experience lighthearted and energizing.
As you dance, enjoy a refreshing alcoholic drink or bottled water, included in your session. After class, take time to explore the vibrant Shinsekai neighborhood, home to classic street food, retro charm, and plenty of local flavor.

Please come directly to the studio. Look for a large name board on the door. The studio is a 3-minute walk from Tsutenkaku Tower, located near Ebisucho Station (Exit 3, Osaka Metro Sakaisuji Line).
