Your journey begins at 10:00 A.M. at the Silver Clock inside Nagoya Station, where your English-speaking guide will welcome you and provide an overview of the day’s adventure. Lockers are available nearby if you need to store your belongings.

The tour kicks off with a guided walk to Shikemichi Townscape, one of Nagoya’s oldest merchant quarters. You’ll gain insight into life during the Edo period as you pass by traditional warehouses, temples, and preserved wooden structures along the scenic canal.

Next, you’ll continue on foot to Noritake Garden, home to the world-renowned porcelain manufacturer. Discover the legacy of Noritake through a guided tour of their factory museum and artisan exhibits. Enjoy some free time for lunch—dining on Noritake chinaware is a highlight—or browse their shop for exquisite souvenirs.

In the afternoon, delve into Japan’s technological excellence at the Toyota Commemorative Museum of Industry and Technology. Your guide will walk you through Toyota’s transformation from textile machinery to one of the world’s leading automotive innovators. See live machine demonstrations and gain insight into Toyota’s present-day initiatives in robotics and AI.

The tour concludes at the Sky Promenade, located atop Nagoya’s tallest building. Relax in the semi-open-air deck and take in 360-degree views of the city skyline. The guide will help identify key landmarks and assist with photography. You’re welcome to stay and enjoy the sunset on your own, or head back to Nagoya Station with the group.
