In principle, tickets are non-refundable. For 3-day passes, no refund will be issued if competition is held on at least one of the three days, and single-day tickets are non-refundable if even one event occurs.

Paid members of the official fan club are eligible for “advance admission,” allowing them to enter the venue 20 minutes earlier than the general public upon presentation of a valid membership card.
