Musical “The Prince of Tennis,” affectionately known as Tennimu, enters a thrilling new chapter in Season 4 with the highly anticipated showdown: Seigaku vs Shitenhoji. Jasumo offers a specialized facilitation service for foreign tourists and non-Japanese residents in Japan, assisting with ticket acquisition for cultural and entertainment events through authorized and official platforms. We are not a ticket reseller and do not sell tickets directly. Our role is to guide international customers through the official booking process and help overcome common challenges, including:
What is the difference between “Side Seats” and “Close-out Seats”?
Side Seats are located at the far edges of the theater, where equipment or the stage angle may slightly obscure the view of the back of the stage. Close-out Seats are heavily restricted; you will likely miss more than half of the stage action and the video projections. These are usually sold only when the theater is otherwise at capacity.
Can I enter the theater if the ticket is for “Standing Room”?
Yes, but you will not have a physical chair. You will be assigned a specific numbered position at the back of the designated floor or balcony where you must remain standing for the duration of the performance.
Is identity verification required to enter the venue?
Tennimu is known for strict anti-resale measures. Random identity checks may be carried out at the entrance. International visitors should carry their original passport, as copies are generally not accepted for identity verification.
What happens if a performer is changed due to illness?
Performer lineups are subject to change without notice. Per the official policy, cancellations or refunds are not permitted due to cast changes; they are only issued if the entire performance is canceled by the organizers.
Are there any special rules for wheelchair users?
Wheelchair users must purchase a ticket first and then contact Nelke Planning at least one week prior to the show date to ensure a space is reserved and assistance is available.
