Faqs

What is the difference between S and A reserved seats at venues like Nakano Sun Plaza?

S seats are typically located in the front and center sections of the hall, offering the best views and acoustics. A seats are positioned further back or on the sides, providing a more economical option while still guaranteeing a designated seat for the performance.

Are dinner show tickets handled differently than standard theater tickets?

Yes, dinner show tickets for the Kobe or Christmas events include a meal and beverages as part of the package. These events often use a different ticketing system that requires earlier confirmation to accommodate catering arrangements for all guests.

Can I purchase “Box Seats” for the performance at the Meiji-za theater?

Box seats at historic theaters like Meiji-za offer a more private and traditional viewing experience. These seats are often limited in number and are highly popular, so we recommend submitting your request as early as possible through our concierge service.

How do the “Priority” tickets work for the Fukuoka record store event?

Priority tickets at Music Plaza Indo are usually granted to fans who pre-order a specific CD or merchandise. These tickets allow for earlier entry and better positioning within the standing area compared to general admission attendees.

What should I do if a venue like Nakano Sun Plaza is sold out for both sessions?

If the official platforms show no availability, our team can check verified secondary marketplaces. These platforms allow for secure ticket transfers between fans, often providing a second chance to attend high-demand tour dates in major cities.
