Faqs

Will Kaori Sakamoto be appearing in all four shows of the exhibition?

According to the current schedule, Kaori Sakamoto is appearing as a special guest only for the weekend performances. This includes the two shows on Saturday, June 27, and the final show on Sunday, June 28.

What is the difference between Super Arena seats and Stand seats?

Super Arena seats are located at the ice level, offering the closest possible view of the skaters’ speed and technical precision. Stand seats are elevated, providing a better vantage point to see the overall patterns and choreography on the ice.

Are there any age-related discounts or special member prices available?

While standard tickets have set rates, members of the “Ice Crystal” fan club may have access to special pricing for Stand SS seats. For international visitors, general sales typically apply unless you have a verified local fan club membership.

Is photography or video recording allowed during the skating performances?

Figure skating events in Japan strictly prohibit photography and video recording during the performances to ensure the safety of the skaters and the enjoyment of all guests. Professional photographers are usually on-site to capture official images.

How early should I arrive at the KOSE Shin-Yokohama Skate Center?

Doors generally open between 60 to 90 minutes before the start of the performance. We recommend arriving early to navigate the venue and find your seat, especially since ice rinks can be quite cold even during the summer months.
