What are the age restrictions for attending this specific concert tour?

According to the official event notes, preschool-aged children are strictly not allowed admission to the performance areas. We kindly ask that you verify the age details of all attendees before initiating a booking request.

Are there additional costs that I should expect at the entrance of the venue?

Yes, standard live house venues in Japan typically require an additional cash drink fee per person at the door. This payment is separate from your general admission pass and grants you a drink voucher for the inside bar.

What should I expect regarding the physical setup of a standard standing ticket?

Standing spaces do not feature assigned chairs or designated seating grids, allowing attendees to occupy open floor areas on a first-come basis. Entry order is frequently determined by the reference numbers printed on your final documents.

Can I request assistance if I have trouble setting up a local Japanese e-ticket application?

Our bilingual concierge specialists manage the technical side of your reservation, including support for specialized mobile configurations. We ensure that you can navigate local application protocols easily before the performance starts.

What happens to my order if the chosen performance date becomes sold out?

If the primary ticketing networks exhaust their supply, our team will search through verified and secure Japanese secondary marketplaces. We make every effort to track down alternative allocation options so you can experience the live show.
