Faqs

Will non-Japanese speakers be able to easily follow the dialogue and story development?

Yes, because this exclusive co-production is performed entirely in English with Japanese subtitles provided on the sides of the stage area. This structural setup makes it an excellent entertainment opportunity for international tourists visiting Japan.

What steps should I take if the specific performance date I want is sold out on the main platform?

You should submit your detailed ticket request directly to the bilingual concierge team using the official website contact form. The agents can routinely search verified and secure secondary resale marketplaces within Japan to locate alternative seating possibilities.

Are there structural differences or sightline variations between the different seating categories listed for the shows?

Premium options like Special and S seats offer central or forward positions close to the stage for a premium view. Selecting A seats, B seats, or Side Sheets will position you further back or along the perimeter of the auditorium.

Can I purchase theater tickets using an international credit card from my home country?

Many local ticketing platforms reject foreign credit cards or require strict verification methods linked to a domestic Japanese phone number. The concierge service bypasses these issues completely by handling the localized payment process and application requirements on your behalf.

What happens to my ticket order if a cast member listed on the tour schedule changes unexpectedly?

Official policy states that the performing cast is subject to changes due to scheduling adjustments or personal health circumstances. Refund options or ticket exchanges are generally not provided by primary organizers under these conditions.
