Faqs

How does the voucher system for the same-day ticket exchange operate at the venue?

Applicants purchasing this specific tier receive an official booking confirmation voucher instead of a standard admission ticket. On the afternoon of the performance, you must bring this voucher to the designated Same-Day Exchange Counter at the stadium during opening hours to receive your physical entry pass.

Is there a possibility that multiple tickets ordered together will be seated separately?

Yes, because these specific general allocations utilize late-stage inventory, purchasing a quantity of two or more tickets means you and your companion may be assigned individual seats separated across the stadium. The venue booking platform assigns remaining seats based entirely on real-time algorithm availability.

Are there any specific visibility limitations regarding the reserved seating options?

Due to the massive, complex layout of the arena production equipment and structural stage columns, some of the available seats might feature a partially obstructed view of the central performance set. Seating configurations are determined entirely by the venue management and cannot be altered.

What is the minimum age requirement for children attending the NEXZ concert?

Children who are under four years of age are strictly prohibited from entering the stadium hall for safety and noise regulations. Parents and legal guardians planning to book seats for young children over the age threshold must ensure they hold their own valid exchange voucher.

Can the scheduled opening and performance times change prior to the show date?

The official door opening and performance start times remain subject to modifications based on live event logistics and television broadcasting requirements. Our bilingual concierge desk tracks these updates in real time to keep international travelers fully informed before arriving at the stadium gates.
