LIVE AZUMA started as a centerpiece for the Tohoku region. It became a gathering and then grew into one of Japans most loved open-air autumn music festivals. The event happens at Azuma General Sports Park. The area around the park has an autumn look. This look is different, from the heat of Japans summer festival time.

The festival has a part called “PARK LIFE” where people can go for free. There are over 120 booths with all sorts of things from the Tohoku area. LIVE AZUMA 2026 Lineup: Three Stages of Diverse Music
The 2026 lineup has a lot of music styles. You will see Japanese rock stars, people who helped start electronic music alternative hip-hop groups and underground music selectors. They will all perform on three stages:
- AZUMA STAGE: The main arena inside Fukushima Azuma Baseball Stadium hosts heavyweight domestic acts. The 2026 roster features Da-iCE, 04 Limited Sazabys, Frederick, KANA-BOON, MONGOL800, Shonan no Kaze, and WANIMA on Saturday, followed by New School Leaders (Atarashii Gakko!), CreepHyp, Denki Groove, GENIC, KID FRESINO, and Ulfuls on Sunday.
- PARK STAGE: Set within the outdoor park area, this stage highlights indie, urban, and experimental sounds. Performers include tofubeats, JUBEE & DA RAP ROCKERS, Tommy Guerrero, and a special Nujabes Tribute Set by Tribe Sampler Collective on day one, alongside CHO CO PA CO CHO CO QUIN QUIN, Omoide Yarou A Team, and Sarasa on day two.
- ECHO STAGE: Dedicated to DJ sets, electronic explorations, and intimate musical selections, featuring selectors such as eijin, FELINE, Mitsuki Aoyama, and DJ KENTAM.
