Visitors usually reach Sportsland SUGO by taking the JR Sendai Station on the Tohoku Shinkansen line. Then a local train or a direct event shuttle bus or by driving on the Tohoku Expressway and taking the Murata Interchange. The Sportsland SUGO complex is close to the Zao mountain region, in southern Miyagi.
