The concert hall was building to give sound for orchestral classical performances and for small chamber groups. The concert hall is in the city of Kawaguchi, Saitama Prefecture. It is right next to JR Kawaguchi Station. JR Kawaguchi Station is on the JR Keihin‑Tohoku Line. When passengers arrive at the station they can walk to the entrance, in about two minutes passing the open plaza just outside the west exit.
