This full-day tour is a perfect introduction to three of Japan’s most diverse and exciting cities. Departing in the morning from Hotel Keihan Kyoto Grande, your journey begins with a visit to Nara, the ancient capital of Japan.
At Nara Park, wander tree-lined paths among sacred temples and serene gardens while interacting with the famous sika deer, believed to be messengers of the gods. Capture unforgettable moments as they gently bow in exchange for special deer crackers.
Next, travel to Osaka, Japan’s third-largest city and culinary capital. Stop first in Dotonbori, the pulsating heart of Osaka nightlife and street food. See the iconic Glico sign and sample local specialties such as takoyaki and okonomiyaki as you explore the area’s eclectic mix of entertainment, food stalls, and quirky shops.
From there, head to Osaka Castle, one of the country’s most recognized landmarks. Originally built by Toyotomi Hideyoshi, the castle is surrounded by lush parkland, moats, and massive stone walls, offering both historical insight and scenic views.
