Ticket Information

General Ticket Guidelines

• All prices include tax.
• Children under 3 enter free if seated on a guardian’s lap (1 child per adult). A seat requires a paid ticket.
• Children aged 4 and up must have a ticket.
• Preschool children (under 6) are not allowed in GA, Gold, or Platinum areas.
• Artist lineups may change. No refunds will be issued for performer changes or incomplete performances.
• All purchases are final; no refunds unless the event is postponed or canceled.
• A drink fee will be required upon entry.
• Up to 6 tickets per person per day.
• 4-Day Passes guarantee the same seat for all days. To reserve different seats per day, purchase individual 1-day passes.
