Faqs

What are the specific requirements for using the Student Discount tickets?

Students must present a valid, original physical student ID card at the entrance on the day of the show. Photocopies or digital photos are not accepted, and if you cannot prove your student status, you will be required to pay a 1,000 yen cash difference at the door.

Does a Standing ticket at Zepp venues include an assigned spot or a chair?

No, Standing tickets mean you will be on the main floor without a designated seat; however, 2F Reserved tickets provide a specific chair in the balcony area. For standing areas, your entry order is determined by a serial number printed on your ticket, which is called during the doors-open period.

Are children allowed to attend the “Dreams Never End” tour performances?

Tickets are required for all attendees aged 3 and older, while younger children may have specific restrictions depending on the venue’s safety policies. For student discounts, elementary school students should bring an official ID such as a health insurance card to verify their age at the entrance.

How does the drink fee work at major venues like KT Zepp Yokohama?

Upon entry, all attendees are required to pay a mandatory drink fee (typically 600 yen) in cash, which is not included in the ticket price. You will receive a token that can be exchanged for one drink at the bar; many Zepp venues also provide a collectible bottle holder as part of the service.

Can I still get tickets for the KT Zepp Yokohama show if sales are listed as closed?

While official primary sales may have ended, our concierge service can check for tickets on trusted and verified Japanese resale marketplaces. We specialize in helping international visitors find legitimate tickets for high-demand shows that have officially reached their initial capacity.
