Contact Jasumo Now →The illumination, known as “Flower Fantasy”, has gained multiple awards for creativity and scale, attracting visitors from all over Japan and overseas. The park’s wisteria tunnels, rose-shaped lights, and interactive displays make it one of the most photographed winter events in Japan.
The tradition of combining seasonal blooms with lights started as a way to extend the park’s appeal into the colder months, and it has since become a signature winter event in the Kanto region.
The Flower Fantasy illumination event runs from mid-October 2025 to mid-February 2026, transforming the park into a magical nightscape. Visitors walk through tunnels of wisteria lights, see roses and lotuses changing colors, and experience interactive light displays that respond to button presses.
Food stalls are available throughout the park offering hot soup, fried chicken, crepes, and other seasonal treats to enjoy while exploring. The park can be comfortably toured in about an hour, though photography enthusiasts may spend much longer capturing each display.
The combination of real flowers and intricate lighting arrangements creates an immersive experience that’s best appreciated in person, as photography and video cannot fully capture the ambiance.
