Full Description

Depart Tokyo in the morning and head toward the majestic Mount Fuji, Japan’s most iconic natural landmark. Travel comfortably by air-conditioned coach and enjoy a full day of exploration across five incredible stops:

1. Chureito Pagoda (Arakurayama Sengen Park)
Start your journey at this legendary photo spot. Climb 397 steps to reach a panoramic view of the pagoda with Mount Fuji rising behind it. A must-see location during cherry blossom season, but equally breathtaking year-round—lush greenery in summer, fiery foliage in autumn, and snow-covered serenity in winter.

2. Hidden Mount Fuji Viewpoint – “Stairway to Heaven”
Step into a peaceful neighborhood where the quiet streets seem to lead straight to Mount Fuji. This hidden gem is ideal for those looking to capture a unique blend of traditional Japanese scenery with the mountain towering in the distance.

3. Oshino Hakkai
Visit a charming village surrounded by eight natural spring ponds fed by Mt. Fuji’s snowmelt. Designated a National Natural Monument, the waters are crystal clear and reflect the mountain beautifully. Enjoy optional lunch here—local favorites include eel rice and char siu ramen (around ¥1,500).

4. Kawaguchiko Lawson Convenience Store
A quirky and increasingly popular spot for travelers wanting that perfect “Mt. Fuji with convenience store” photo. Snap a one-of-a-kind image before heading to the lake.

5. Lake Kawaguchi (Kawaguchiko)
Experience seasonal views of Mount Fuji from the lake:

  • April 5–14: Cherry blossoms at the Fuji Kawaguchiko Cherry Blossom Festival
  • June–July: Lavender blooms at the Kawaguchiko Herb Festival
  • October 26–November 20: Autumn colors at the Maple Corridor
  • Other times: Visit Oku-ishi Park for a rotating display of seasonal flowers (begonias, cosmos, Russian sage)

After a full day immersed in scenic landscapes, return comfortably to Tokyo.
