Faqs

What should I do if the performance I want to attend is listed as sold out on the official website?

If the official site indicates that a show is sold out, we can often source tickets through verified and trusted resale marketplaces in Japan. Our team will verify the authenticity of these tickets to ensure you receive a valid entry to the event while aiming for the best possible seating.

How do I handle the mandatory drink fee required at venues like Hulic Hall Tokyo?

For many Japanese “live house” or hall venues, a separate drink fee is required at the door regardless of your ticket purchase. Our team can advise you on these local requirements, though the payment for the drink is usually made in cash directly to the venue staff upon entry.

Are there any special requirements for lottery-based tickets at events like AnimeJapan or Jump Festa?

Lottery-based tickets often require a Japanese mobile app or a specific account that may be difficult for international visitors to navigate alone. Our concierge service manages the application process for these lotteries and assists with the digital delivery of the “Stage View” tickets if your application is successful.

What does the “Character Ver.” ticket option mean for the My Hero Academia concert in Yokohama?

The “Character Ver.” or bonus-inclusive tickets often include exclusive event merchandise or specialized admission perks themed after specific characters. We can help you identify which ticket version fits your preference and ensure you apply for the correct category during the booking process.

Can I request tickets for international events like Anime Expo through this concierge service?

While our primary focus is navigating the complex verification systems within Japan, we can assist with inquiries regarding major international appearances by Japanese artists. We will check the specific ticketing requirements for the overseas venue and provide guidance on how to secure those passes safely.
