Faqs

What does the “Serial Number” on my standing ticket mean?

In Japanese live houses, “All Standing” tickets come with a serial entry number. This number determines the order in which you enter the venue; lower numbers get to enter first and choose their preferred spot near the stage.

Is there an additional cost to pay at the venue entrance?

Yes, most live houses in Japan require a mandatory drink fee (typically around 600 yen) to be paid in cash at the door. You will receive a drink token that can be exchanged for one beverage at the bar inside.

Can I enter the venue if I arrive after the performance has started?

Late entry is generally permitted, but you will lose the priority afforded by your serial number. You will be asked to enter at a suitable break in the performance and must take a spot in the remaining available standing area.

Are there lockers available for my bags and personal items?

Most venues like ell.FITS ALL and Daikanyama UNIT provide small coin lockers, but they are limited in number. It is highly recommended to arrive early or use lockers at nearby train stations for larger items.

Are children allowed to attend the “Fly You to the Moon” tour?

While specific age limits vary by venue, “All Standing” shows can be loud and crowded. It is generally recommended to check the specific venue guidelines regarding minors, as preschool-aged children are often restricted from standing-only events.
