We handle the registration and follow-up, ensuring that international visitors have an equal opportunity to secure highly sought-after seats without needing local language skills.

Is there a specific point of contact for inquiries regarding the cast or performance schedule?

While the concierge team assists with ticket procurement, specific performance details are managed by the event organizers at CIC. For general inquiries about the show’s content, you can refer to the official website or contact the designated performance lines during Japanese business hours.

Can I request tickets for multiple sessions of Fantasy on Ice in a single inquiry?

Yes, you can list your preferred dates and times in the Jasumo Contact Form, specifying the seat types for each session. Our team will check the availability for each time slot requested and guide you through the consolidated application and payment process for all performances.
