What is the difference between S and A seats at the Nagoya Noh Theatre?

S Seats are located in the prime viewing area, typically offering a central view of the main stage and the hashigakari (bridge-way). A Seats are positioned further back or to the side, providing a broader perspective of the venue at a more accessible price point.

Can I bring my young children to this performance?

Preschool children (under 6 years old) are not allowed admission to this event. This policy helps maintain the quiet and focused atmosphere required for traditional theater performances.

How do I collect my tickets after booking?

Tickets are usually collected at 7-Eleven or Lawson stores in Japan using a specific pickup code. Jasumo will provide you with the necessary codes and an English guide to help you use the automated ticket machines upon your arrival in Japan.

What is the cancellation policy?

In accordance with Japanese ticketing standards, purchased tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for personal reasons. Refunds are only issued if the organizer cancels the event entirely.
