Faqs

What is the difference between the Service Area and Casual Area at Billboard Live?

The Service Area includes table service where food and drinks can be ordered directly to your seat during the performance. The Casual Area is typically located in the balcony or bar area and includes one complimentary drink, but guests generally purchase additional refreshments at the bar.

Are there age restrictions for the Hironobu Kageyama concerts?

Venues like Billboard Live do not allow preschool-aged children, and guests under 18 may be restricted from attending second-stage shows that end late at night. For the rock-oriented Zepp performances, elementary school students and older require a ticket, and preschool children are generally not admitted.

What does the 1F Standing ticket type entail at Zepp Haneda and Namba Hatch?

1F Standing tickets grant you entry to the ground floor standing area, where fans watch the show on foot. These tickets are often assigned an entry number, and fans enter the venue in numerical order to secure their preferred standing spot.

Is there an additional cost at the venue for standing-only shows like Spade Box?

Yes, most live house venues in Japan like Spade Box and Zepp require a separate drink fee (usually 600 yen) to be paid in cash at the entrance. In exchange for this fee, you will receive a drink token that can be swapped for one beverage at the inside bar.

Can I attend both stages of the Billboard Live performances on the same day?

Yes, it is possible to book tickets for both the 17:00 and 20:00 shows, provided availability remains. Each stage often features a slightly different setlist or theme, such as the All I See Is You and I’ll Be Your Moonlight Tonight programs.
