Hiroshi Sugimoto: Extinction brings his journey full circle serving as his first major solo photography exhibition in Japan since his landmark 2005 presentation, at the Mori Art Museum. Organised across three chapters—Time, Light and Memory The Shapes of Concepts and Extinction—the retrospective traces half a century of artistic evolution. Visitors can experience thirteen of Sugimotos celebrated series, including his iconic Dioramas, Theaters, Seascapes, Architecture, Mathematical Forms and Opticks.
