Zoo closures:
- April 8–25, November 4–10, December 30–31
Luggage:
- Advance notice required. Fee: ¥2000 per piece, payable in cash on the day
Communication:
- Ensure you can be contacted via messaging apps during your stay in Japan. Tour details will be emailed the night before (check spam folder).
Minimum participants:
- If the group size is too small, the tour may be cancelled. Notification will be sent 1–4 days before.
Weather/travel delays:
- Traffic or weather may affect itinerary. No refunds/rescheduling for missed views or events due to such conditions.
Tour language:
- Mixed-language groups may be present. Tour guide speaks both Chinese and English.
Children:
- Under 2 years old: Free if no seat needed (note required)
- Under 3 needing a seat: Must purchase a full-price ticket
Seating:
- Seats are first-come, first-served. Requests accepted but not guaranteed.
Tour operation:
- Car/van size depends on group. For smaller groups, a driver-guide will be assigned instead of a full-time tour leader.

Seasonal Tips

Flower viewing and autumn foliage times vary each year.
Traffic may be heavy during peak bloom or red leaf seasons—bring snacks and allow for delays.
Even in unexpected bloom/fall timing, the itinerary proceeds as planned.
