How do I access the different venues with my ticket?
You must first exchange your ticket for a physical wristband at the designated exchange point starting from 9:30 AM for Advance Tickets. Once you have your wristband, you can enter and exit any of the seven participating venues freely throughout the duration of the event.
What is the difference between the Advance Ticket and the Night Ticket?
The Advance Ticket allows for venue entry from the start of the festival in the morning. The Night Ticket is a more affordable option that allows for wristband exchange and venue entry starting from 4:40 PM and 5:00 PM respectively, perfect for catching the headlining evening acts.
Are there any additional costs I should be aware of at the venues?
Yes, like most live house events in Japan, a separate drink fee is required upon entry to each venue or when you first receive your wristband. This usually costs around 600 yen and is not included in the initial ticket price you pay for admission.
What happens if a specific venue reaches its maximum capacity?
Since this is a circuit event with free passage, entry to individual venues is on a first-come, first-served basis. If a particular venue reaches its safety capacity limit for a popular artist, entry may be restricted until other guests leave the building.
Is there a specific seat assignment for the performances?
All tickets for IMPACT! XXIII are “All-Standing,” meaning there are no assigned seats. This format allows fans to move around the floor area and get as close to the stage as possible, fostering the high-energy atmosphere typical of rock circuit festivals.
