Full Description

Escape the city and explore Japan’s most photographed natural landmark—Mount Fuji—on this carefully crafted day tour from Tokyo. Your journey begins at Tokyo Station Marunouchi North Exit, where you’ll meet your friendly guide and board a comfortable coach.

Arakurayama Sengen Park & Chureito Pagoda

Climb the 397 steps to reach the Chureito Pagoda, one of the most iconic photo spots in Japan. From the top, take in a jaw-dropping panoramic view of Mt. Fuji framed by cherry blossoms in spring, vibrant leaves in autumn, or snow in winter—a true bucket-list moment.

Note: From April 1–18, 2025, due to seasonal regulations, we’ll skip the Hikawa Clock Shop and extend your time at Arakurayama Sengen Park to make the most of the cherry blossom season.

Oshino Hakkai Village

Step into a picture-perfect traditional village, where eight natural spring ponds—fed by Mt. Fuji’s snowmelt—reflect the mountain’s beauty. Enjoy free time to explore souvenir shops and try delicacies like pickled tofu, sweet kusamochi, and spring water direct from the source.

LAWSON Lake Kawaguchi

This surprising photo stop is a favorite among photographers and influencers—a humble convenience store set against the majestic backdrop of Mt. Fuji. Snap your signature shot, grab an ice cream or hot snack, and rest up before heading to the lake.

Lake Kawaguchi & Oishi Park

Surround yourself with vibrant flower gardens and Fuji views at Oishi Park on the northern shore of Lake Kawaguchi. Depending on the season, you’ll see lavender, cosmos, begonias, or Japanese blood grass. Ideal for landscape photography, nature walks, or just soaking in the view

FAQ

Is it family-friendly?
Yes. Great for all ages, though the Chureito Pagoda climb may be challenging for some. Comfortable shoes are recommended.

What if Mt. Fuji is hidden by clouds?
Visibility isn’t guaranteed, but the itinerary includes scenic cultural stops that are beautiful in any weather.

Are meals included?
No, but you’ll have time to try local foods at Oshino Hakkai or bring your own lunch or snacks.

When do we return to Tokyo?
Planned return is around 5:00–5:30 PM, but delays due to seasonal traffic may push arrival to 8:00 PM. We cover overtime bus fees—just avoid tight evening plans.

Why is the Hikawa Clock Shop removed in April?
During April 1–18, traffic restrictions around cherry blossom sites require buses to park farther from Arakurayama Park. To preserve quality, the tour prioritizes more time at the park over the clock shop.
