Full Description
Step into Asakusa Kaguwa, a theater known for fusing Japan’s rich cultural heritage with modern flair. Located in Tokyo’s historic Asakusa district, this show offers a one-of-a-kind blend of traditional dance, contemporary music, and dazzling costumes.
As you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into a bold red-themed interior reminiscent of Japan’s iconic aesthetic. Enjoy your complimentary drink while mingling with the cast or taking photos at the themed photo booth.
Once the show begins, you’ll be immersed in a fast-paced, one-hour performance that blends classic Japanese dance with modern choreography and visual storytelling. Dancers don a variety of elaborate garments, including traditional kimonos, as they take you on a journey through sound and movement.
After the show, depending on your ticket type, you may have the opportunity to take group photos with the performers.
A selection of light meals is also available onsite, including pizza, fried chicken, and vegetarian options made with soy meat (additional charge).
