It was a cold rainy evening but our guide Nozomi (speaking English with a British accent) made the 3 hours pass in a flash with her anecdotes, insights, and sense of fun. She was friendly, considerate, and amusing. The restaurant she took us to welcomed us like old friends and the food was so authentic and delicious. Heartily recommended.
Both interesting and informative. A really nice stroll through the old geisha districts of Kanazawa with our guide Sachiko. Lots of questions were asked, lots of answers given. Dinner was excellent and the information shared made getting into Japanese culture easy. Highly recommended.
Sachiko has been a very kind, culturally interested person who really showed passion about what she is doing. Introduced as the “replacement” for the person that should initially run the show… we truly did not regret it.
