What is the difference between 1F Standing and 2F Reserved seats at Zepp venues?
1F Standing is located on the main floor where entry is determined by a serial number; it offers a high-energy, close-up experience. 2F Reserved seats are located on the balcony, providing a guaranteed chair and an elevated, clear view of the entire stage and crowd.
If the 1F Standing tickets for Tokyo are sold out, can Jasumo still help me?
Yes, if the official primary tickets are sold out, our team can search through verified and trusted Japanese resale marketplaces. We monitor these platforms to find authentic tickets for high-demand anniversary shows, ensuring you have the best chance to attend.
How does the “Serial Number” entry system work for the standing area?
When you receive your ticket, it will have a specific number. On the day of the show, venue staff will call these numbers in order during the “Doors Open” period. Entering according to your number allows you to choose your standing spot before the general crowd.
Are there additional fees I need to pay at the venue on the day of the concert?
Yes, even with a valid ticket, all Zepp venues and major live houses require a separate drink fee (usually 600 yen) to be paid in cash at the door. You will receive a drink token that can be exchanged for one beverage at the bar inside.
Can I attend the Osaka Castle Music Hall show if it rains?
Osaka Castle Music Hall is an open-air venue, and performances typically proceed in the rain. However, the use of umbrellas is usually prohibited during the show to avoid blocking views, so it is highly recommended to bring a raincoat or poncho if the forecast is wet.
