Faqs

What is the policy regarding children attending the Katsina Session tour?

Elementary school students and older are required to have a valid ticket to enter any of the tour venues. Additionally, all minor children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times to ensure their safety during the performance.

Will I be able to get a refund if I can no longer attend the show?

As per the official event policy, ticket refunds are not accepted for any reason other than the postponement or total cancellation of the performance. We recommend confirming your travel schedule and availability before completing your ticket purchase.

What does “All Seated (Free Seating)” mean for the Sapporo performances?

Free Seating means that while chairs are provided for all ticket holders, there are no specifically assigned seat numbers. Positions are typically taken on a first-come, first-served basis upon entry, so arriving near the doors-open time is advised if you have a preference.

Is photography or video recording allowed during the live session?

Professional filming and photography will be taking place within the venue, and audience members may appear in the resulting footage. However, personal recording or photography by guests is strictly prohibited to avoid distracting the musicians and infringing on performance rights.

Are there additional costs to consider when entering the venue?

Most venues on this tour, including GT LIVE TOKYO and Kagoshima SR Hall, require a separate drink fee to be paid in cash at the door. This fee is mandatory regardless of whether you intend to order a beverage and is a standard practice in Japanese live music venues.
