Important Notices
- Pregnant guests are strictly prohibited from wearing a kimono. The shop is not responsible for any health issues caused by undisclosed pregnancies.
Late Return Policy
- ¥1,000 late fee per person per hour after 6:00 PM
- Overnight return: Requires ¥20,000 deposit + ¥1,100 fee
- Deposit will not be refunded if kimono is not returned the next day
- No exceptions for late returns without prior contact

- Free luggage storage available on-site
- Please keep valuables with you — the shop is not liable for theft, loss, or damage
Special Considerations
- Adult kimono sizes may be limited for individuals over 130 cm tall
- Children’s kimonos suitable for heights above 70 cm and for ages under 12
