Children’s Kimono Sizes: Suitable for children from 85cm to 140cm in height
Late Arrival Policy: If you are more than 1 hour late with no contact, your booking will be automatically canceled with no refund.
Last Reception: 15:00
Kimono Return Time: By 18:00 on the same day
Next-Day Return: Available upon request—please notify the staff in advance
Package Changes:
- You may upgrade your package by paying the difference.
- Downgrades are allowed, but the difference in cost will not be refunded.
- No refunds will be issued once rental services have been used.
Damage Policy: A fee will be charged for any damage caused to the kimono during your rental period.
