Faqs

Are there any age restrictions for children to attend the Kroi tour?

Preschool children are not permitted to enter the venue for any of the performances. Tickets are required for all elementary school students and older who wish to attend.

What is the “drink fee” mentioned in the venue notes?

As is common with Zepp venues in Japan, an additional drink fee must be paid in cash at the door upon entry. This is mandatory for all ticket holders and entitles you to one drink voucher.

What is the difference between “JUNGLE” and “Dig the Deep” performances?

Standard “JUNGLE” dates are solo performances by Kroi, whereas “Dig the Deep” dates are joint shows featuring a guest artist who performs alongside or in addition to the band.

How is the entry order determined for 1F Standing tickets?

Entry for standing tickets is typically managed by a reference number printed on the ticket. Fans are called into the venue in numerical order, so arriving early to find your place in the queue is recommended.

Can I still get tickets if the 2F Reserved seats are sold out?

If 2F seats are unavailable, we can check for 1F Standing tickets or explore verified resale platforms. We recommend submitting your request early, as seated options in Zepp venues tend to sell out quickly.
