Good to Know

According to Japanese law, tour vehicles cannot be used for more than 10 hours per day. The guide may adjust the itinerary accordingly.
This is a shared carpool tour. Seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have specific seating needs, please mention them in the remarks when booking.
The tour may include guests who speak different languages.
Please arrive on time at the meeting point. No refunds for missed departures or delays caused by guests.
In case of bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances, parts of the itinerary may be adjusted or canceled for safety reasons.
Each guest is allowed one piece of luggage. Please notify us in advance. Unregistered luggage may be denied due to space or safety concerns.
The vehicle model will be based on the number of participants and cannot be specified.
Guests must stay with the group for the entire tour. Early or mid-tour departures are not permitted. No refunds will be issued for partially completed itineraries.
Seasonal attractions (cherry blossoms, festivals, lighting displays, etc.) are subject to weather and climate conditions. No refunds will be issued if the natural events do not meet expectations.
Travel time may vary due to weather and traffic. Please avoid scheduling other activities after the tour.
