Full Description

Begin your journey with pickup from Osaka, Kyoto, or Nara. Travel in comfort in an air-conditioned vehicle with your private guide as you head to Kyoto—Japan’s cultural heart.

Your first stop is the spectacular Kiyomizu-dera Temple, perched on a hillside with sweeping views of the city. Then, stroll the historic lanes of Nineizaka, Sanneizaka, and Hanamikoji, discovering teahouses, artisan shops, and Kyoto’s elegant charm.

Pause for a kimono photo session—slip into traditional attire and pose in Kyoto’s picturesque alleys for an unforgettable souvenir.

Next, head to Fushimi Inari Taisha, one of Japan’s most iconic shrines. Walk the winding path lined with thousands of torii gates, and learn about the shrine’s deep spiritual significance.

In the afternoon, continue to Nara, the first permanent capital of Japan. At Nara Park, feed the famously friendly deer and visit the Great Buddha at Todai-ji Temple—one of the largest wooden structures in the world. Depending on your pace and interests, you may also explore Kasuga Taisha Shrine, Nara’s charming old town, or enjoy a walk up Mount Wakakusa.

This full-day tour is fully customizable based on your pace, interests, and energy. Return comfortably to your hotel in Kyoto, Osaka, or Nara by evening.
