Then it moves to the Piano Sonata No. 2 In B-flat minor Op. 35 With its famous Funeral March. The second part of the concert mixes playing with soft details. It includes the Berceuse (Lullaby) in D-flat major, Op. 57 The lively Andante spianato and Grande Polonaise brillante in E-flat major, Op. 22 The elegant Three Mazurkas, Op. 59 And the romantic Barcarolle in F-sharp major, Op. 60. The concert ends with the Variations on “Là ci darem la mano”, from Mozarts Don Giovanni, Op. 2—The same piece that made Robert Schumann say, “Hats off gentlemen, a genius!”
