Faqs

What is the difference between a Gokuraku Ticket and a Standard Ticket?

Gokuraku (Paradise) tickets offer priority entry to the venue based on an earlier reference number than standard tickets. Additionally, attendees with these tickets receive a “Deco-Cheki” (decorated instant photo) of a member of their choice at the entrance.

How does the Pair Ticket work if my companion and I arrive at different times?

Pair tickets are issued as a single entry pass for two people and require both attendees to enter the venue at the same time. If your companion is delayed, you will likely be unable to enter the venue separately using a single pair ticket.

Are there any specific requirements for using the Student Discount ticket?

Student tickets are available for elementary through university-level students, and you must present a valid student ID card at the entrance. If you forget your ID, you may be required to pay the price difference to match a standard ticket.

What special perks are included in the Tenjo Tenge Gokuraku ticket for the Tokyo show?

This Fan Club exclusive tier offers the highest priority entry, tour-exclusive original merchandise, and a “Deco-Wide Cheki.” It also typically includes access to a special “mini-gift” exchange event with a member of your choice held at a later date.

Is there a mandatory drink fee at these club venues even if I have a ticket?

Yes, almost all live house venues in Japan require a mandatory drink fee (typically 600 yen) to be paid in cash at the door. You will receive a token that can be exchanged for one drink of your choice at the bar inside.
