Conditional Ticket Requirements (U-25 & Student)
- Age/Status Verification is Mandatory: Discounted tickets are conditional. All holders must exchange their ticket for a reserved seat at the venue’s exchange desk one hour prior to the show.

- U-25: Requires an ID that verifies age (e.g., driver’s license, health insurance card, passport).
- Student: Requires both a valid Student ID and an ID that verifies age.
- Failure to Comply: If you forget or cannot present valid ID, you will not be able to exchange your ticket. You may be required to pay the difference to match the regular price of the seat location you are assigned.
- Seating: Seat numbers are not announced until the day of the performance. Seats cannot be reserved next to customers who have purchased other seating types.
