Group Tour Notes: This is a shared tour. You may travel with guests speaking different languages. Tour guides may vary.
Minimum Participants: The tour may be cancelled if the minimum number of participants is not met. You’ll be notified via email one day before.
Weather Cancellations: In the event of typhoons, snowstorms, or severe weather, the tour will be cancelled, and you’ll be informed via email.
Flexible Itinerary: Traffic or maintenance may alter the schedule or destinations. For example, if Mount Fuji’s Fifth Station is inaccessible, we will visit Sengen Park instead.
No Refunds for Personal Cancellations: Missed tours due to personal reasons or late arrivals are non-refundable.
Seat Assignments: Seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Special requests can be noted but are not guaranteed.
Infants:
- Under 2 years old (no seat) – Free with prior notice
- Under 3 years old (with seat) – Full adult price
Flower and Leaf Viewing Season: Tour operates regardless of bloom conditions, which may vary based on weather.
