Full description

As a leading outdoor activity provider in Nara City, this experience is designed to over-deliver while ensuring your safety and enjoyment throughout the journey.

Rather than sticking to the tourist trail, this guided tour includes not only iconic sites but also hidden gems and personal insights that will elevate your visit to Nara.

You’ll cover more ground in 3.5 hours on an E-bike than you would in a full day on foot. This optimized route allows you to explore key historical, cultural, and natural landmarks while connecting with the local community through curated experiences.

Begin with a ride through scenic Nara Park, where the city’s famous sacred deer roam freely. Learn the proper way to feed them using deer cookies included with your tour.

Next, admire the imposing Nandaimon Gate, the grand entrance to Todai-ji Temple, home to the Great Buddha of Nara. Your guide will share the cultural significance and architectural history of this ancient site.

Ride along to Mount Wakakusa, where you’ll enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding area and perhaps spot more deer relaxing in the wild.

Stop at Kikuichimonjushirokanenaga Honten, a renowned Japanese cutlery shop, for a brief introduction to traditional blades. Learn about the craftsmanship behind these knives and browse their collection with assistance if you’re interested in making a purchase.

Continue to Kasuga Taisha Shrine, famous for its hundreds of stone and bronze lanterns nestled in an atmospheric forest. After your visit, pass by Ukimido, a peaceful floating pavilion offering tranquil views.

This experience wraps up back at the starting point, completing a loop of Nara’s most iconic and offbeat sights, all without the strain of walking long distances.
