Faqs

How does a circuit-style festival work in terms of venue entry?

With a circuit ticket, you typically exchange your ticket for a wristband at a central exchange point or at the first venue you visit. This wristband allows you to move freely between all five participating venues throughout the day, though entry to specific stages may be subject to capacity limits.

Are there any age restrictions for Oaiko FES 2026?

Tickets are required for all attendees who are junior high school students and above. While younger children may be allowed depending on venue-specific rules, the high volume and standing-room-only nature of live houses in Shibuya generally make these events most suitable for teenagers and adults.

Is there an additional cost for drinks at the venues?

Yes, like most live music events in Japan, a separate drink fee is charged at the entrance of each venue. Usually, you pay for your first drink at the first venue where you exchange your ticket, but be prepared for the possibility of small drink charges if the venues have independent entry policies.

What should I do if my favorite artist is canceled?

The festival organizers state that performers may be changed or canceled due to various circumstances beyond their control. In accordance with standard Japanese festival policies, no refunds will be provided for changes to the lineup, as the ticket grants access to the festival as a whole.

Can I buy tickets on the day of the event if the Early Bird is sold out?

Early Bird tickets are limited and offer a discount, but general admission tickets are usually released as the event date approaches. If the event does not sell out in advance, door tickets might be available, but we highly recommend securing tickets early via our service to guarantee your entry.
