The Pair Discount Ticket is sold in sets of two (2) tickets for S or A seats at a reduced total price. A maximum of 3 sets of 2 tickets (total of 6 tickets) can be purchased per person. The application period for this discount closes early, on November 23rd.
What is required to use the Under-25 (U25) Ticket?
The U25 ticket is exclusively for attendees aged 25 or under. When picking up the ticket on the day of the performance at the ticket counter, the attendee must present a valid photo ID that confirms their birthdate.
How and when can I collect the physical tickets?
Tickets for the general release can be collected at the register of a 7-Eleven or the multi-copy machine at a FamilyMart starting from Thursday, November 6, 2025. Jasumo assists in coordinating this process for international buyers.
Are refunds available if a scheduled performer changes?
No, tickets will not be refunded solely due to changes in the scheduled performers, as the program is subject to change due to unavoidable circumstances. Refunds are only issued if the performance is canceled entirely by the organizer.
How do I purchase a ticket if I require a wheelchair accessible space?
Wheelchair spaces are limited. You must first purchase a reserved seat ticket (S, A, B, or C) and then immediately contact Bunkamura directly to arrange for the necessary seating accommodation.
