Ramen and gyoza are a classic Japanese pairing, commonly enjoyed together at ramen shops across Japan. In this interactive cooking class in Osaka, you’ll learn to prepare both dishes from the ground up.

Start by making ramen noodles using wheat flour, then create a savory soy sauce-based broth using chicken bones and dried sardines — the most traditional type of ramen in Japan. You can also opt to add miso to your broth or choose your own toppings to make it uniquely yours.

Next, you’ll move on to making gyoza (Japanese dumplings), using minced chicken for the filling. Learn to fold and seal each dumpling properly, then cook them to crispy perfection.

Once you’ve finished cooking, you’ll sit down and enjoy your handmade ramen and gyoza — a meal you won’t find anywhere else in the world.
