No, the fixed rate only covers the base fare. Expressway tolls (which will be used as a rule), the late-night/early-morning surcharge, and the airport parking fee for pick-ups are all separate charges that must be paid in addition to the fixed fare.
For Standard, Minivan, and High-Grade vehicles, cancellation is free if made at least 3 to 4 hours before the service time. For the Jumbo vehicle, cancellation must be made before 5:00 PM on the day prior to travel to avoid a 100% cancellation fee.
Due to restrictions on airport taxi lane entry, there is a mandatory waiting time requirement before you can specify a pick-up. At KIX, this is 40 minutes for international and 20 minutes for domestic flights; at ITM, it is 20 minutes for all flights.
There is no compensation for damages caused by traffic or natural disasters. If there is a risk of missing your flight, the driver will discuss taking an alternative route (fixed fare applies) or terminating the contract at the nearest station (metered fare applies).
