Day 1 Highlights

Departure from Osaka at 07:15 AM
Takayama
Arrive at Takayama Station by early afternoon. Enjoy 90 minutes of free time to stroll through the beautifully preserved old town, renowned for its Edo-period buildings and traditional charm.
Shirakawago
Visit the World Heritage Site of Shirakawago, famous for its gassho-zukuri farmhouses—some over 250 years old. Spend 60 to 90 minutes exploring the picturesque village at your own pace.
Overnight in Toyama
Stay at APA Hotel Toyama or a similar property (accommodation arranged based on availability). Enjoy a relaxing evening and access to Toyama Onsen.

Day 2 Highlights

Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route
After breakfast, travel via the Tateyama Toll Road to reach Murodo at 2,450 meters altitude.
Experience the famous Snow Otani Walk, surrounded by towering snow walls, for approximately 100–120 minutes (weather permitting).
Return
Arrival back in Osaka by 19:30.

Important Information

In case of congestion on the Alpen Route, departure on Day 2 may be earlier. Breakfast will be provided as a bento box.
In case of adverse weather, the toll road may close, and access to Murodo may require an alternate route via cable car. This incurs an additional charge of JPY 5,000–7,000 per person.
If the snow wall is inaccessible, the itinerary will change to sightseeing in Kanazawa (Kanazawa Castle Town, Higashi Chayagai, Omicho Market, etc.). A refund of JPY 1,000 per person will be issued in this case.
No refunds will be made if the Snow Otani Walk is cut short due to weather.
Luggage allowance: 1 standard-sized suitcase (approx. 24 inches).
Room types are assigned based on availability. Solo travelers may receive single rooms even if traveling with others.
