Faqs

What is the difference between “All Standing” and “All Free” seat types?

In most Japanese live house contexts, both terms refer to general admission where there are no assigned seats. Fans enter the venue in order of the serial number printed on their ticket and stand in their preferred available spot within the designated floor area.

Are there additional costs I should be aware of on the day of the event?

Most live house venues in Japan require a separate drink fee, typically ranging from 500 to 600 yen, which must be paid in cash at the entrance. This fee is mandatory even if you do not plan to consume a beverage and is a standard part of the local concert culture.

How does the entry serial number system work for these shows?

Your ticket will feature a reference number that determines your place in the entry queue before the doors open. Our team will explain how to identify this number on your ticket so you can arrive at the venue at the appropriate time to secure a good viewing spot.

Can I attend the show if I do not speak Japanese or have a Japanese phone number?

Yes, our service is specifically designed to bridge this gap by handling the registration and authentication processes that usually require local credentials. We ensure you have the necessary digital or physical tickets ready so you can enjoy the performance without technical hurdles.

What should I do if the performance date I want is listed as sold out?

If the official ticket platforms are sold out, we can leverage our network of verified resale marketplaces within Japan to find available tickets. While we cannot guarantee a specific price in these instances, we will work closely with you to find the best possible secondary market options.
