A: All individuals admitted, including infants, must have a seat ticket. Preschool children are strictly prohibited from the first-floor Tamari S seats due to safety. Only on the second floor are children under years old allowed to sit on an adult’s lap for free, but a ticket is required if they need a separate seat.

Q: Can I enter the venue with only a souvenir or lunch box ticket?

A: No, the souvenir tickets and lunch box tickets are supplemental purchases only. They do not grant admission, and a separate seat ticket must be purchased to enter the GLION ARENA KOBE.

Q: I require a wheelchair accessible seat. How can I purchase a ticket?

A: Wheelchair seats are available but are not handled by the general ticketing platform (Pia). To arrange for a wheelchair seat, you must contact the Sumo Tour Ticket Office directly at TEL 0570-05-3366 after the specified date of November (Monday).

Q: Is it allowed to wear outside shoes in the seating areas?

A: Feet are strictly prohibited inside the museum. Attendees must bring their own slippers or indoor footwear as outside shoes are often required to be removed in certain areas of the venue.

Q: Can I choose the scent or color of the hand & nail cream in the Sue woman souvenir ticket?

A: No, the color and scent of the bath salt, hand, and nail cream included in the Sue woman set cannot be chosen by the customer. The contents will be provided as packaged.
