Faqs

What is the difference between “Stage Universe” and “Stage Terra” in Tokyo?

These represent two different setlists. “Stage Universe” (April 25) typically focuses on space-themed and cosmic robot series, while “Stage Terra” (April 26) focuses on Earth-based or super robot classics. Many fans choose to attend both days for the full experience.

What should I know about the “Back Standing” tickets?

Since all 1st and 2nd floor reserved seats are sold out for many dates, “Back Standing” tickets allow you to enter the venue and watch from a designated standing area at the rear of the hall. It is a more affordable way to experience the high-energy atmosphere.

Are there additional costs at the venue?

Yes, for venues like Zepp Haneda and Namba Hatch, a separate “Drink Fee” (usually around 600 yen) is required at the entrance. You will receive a token that can be exchanged for one drink at the bar inside.

Can I get a refund if my favorite artist cancels?

Per the organizer’s policy, refunds are not provided due to changes or cancellations in the performer lineup. Tickets are only refundable if the entire event is canceled by the promoter.

Is this event suitable for children?

Preschool children are not allowed admission to these concerts due to the high volume and crowded standing areas. Elementary school students and older require a full-price ticket.
