Jasumo offers a specialized facilitation service for foreign tourists and non-Japanese residents in Japan, assisting with ticket acquisition for cultural and entertainment events through authorized and official platforms. We are not a ticket reseller and do not sell tickets directly. Our role is to guide international customers through the official booking process and help overcome common challenges, including:
Do I need a separate ticket if I am staying at the campsite or using a BBQ area?
Yes, it is important to note that accommodation and BBQ area bookings do not include admission to the fireworks. You must purchase a separate fireworks viewing ticket for every person in your group to access the viewing zones during the evening performance.
What is included with the Cabin and Campervan site bookings?
These bookings typically include a parking pass for the campsite area and allow for a specific maximum number of people, usually five or six depending on the category. However, these are strictly for the site usage and do not grant access to the fireworks viewing areas without secondary tickets.
How do I handle the different start times for the daytime and evening events?
The gates for the park and campsite areas open early at 14:00 to allow for setup and BBQ activities starting at 14:30. The fireworks display itself is a separate evening segment beginning at 19:45, giving you plenty of time to enjoy the park facilities before the show.
Can I still get a Cabin or Campervan site if they are listed as sold out?
When official inventory is sold out or low, our team can check for any released slots or verified resale options within Japan. We recommend submitting your request immediately so we can monitor real-time availability for these high-demand camping and accommodation spots.
Are there options for visitors who do not wish to camp at the park?
Absolutely, visitors can purchase individual tickets for the Free grass area, the chair-friendly area, or the “Large impressive area” for the fireworks only. There are also separate parking tickets available for the East Exit and Central Entrance lots for those driving in just for the evening.
